Our solutions are designed to address one of agriculture’s biggest challenges: the loss of fresh fruits and vegetables after harvest due to inadequate storage, transportation and preservation infrastructure.
Our flagship innovation, Sabjikothi, uses microclimate-controlled storage technology to help extend the shelf life of perishable produce from around 3 days to up to 30 days, without conventional refrigeration, chemicals or preservatives. The system is designed to operate with low energy requirements and can be powered through electricity, solar energy and battery backup, making it suitable for rural and off-grid environments.

What Is Sabjikothi?
Sabjikothi is Saptkrishi’s flagship microclimate-controlled storage solution for preserving fresh fruits and vegetables.
The technology creates a controlled microclimate designed to maintain the freshness of perishable produce while reducing spoilage. Sabjikothi is available in different formats designed for different use cases, including storage solutions and mobile cart-based models.
The technology requires only around 20 watts of energy and is designed to work with solar and battery power, making it suitable for decentralized and rural applications.
